Palmetto Bay- a desirable oasis on the Bay

Palmetto Bay has seen it’s fair share of single family homes disappear over the past year, as referenced in this chart. Down 25.2%, from a year ago April, Palmetto Bay has caught fire and is extremely desirable for it’s fair dollar per square foot prices.
