This chart shows Coral Gables, homes only, non-REO, non-short sale properties only. Inventory is down 25%, Solds are up 9.4% year over year, and Pending sales are up 27.8%. That is what I am talking about. That is a strong market!! Pricing is everything and houses that are turn-key are moving overnight.
